Our ABSPD Alumni are such talented individuals & have done some amazing things before & after graduating! Katy Hackney, founder of Hackney & Co, works as a surface pattern designer & illustrator in Northamptonshire.
Katy has several years experience in the industry & has worked for clients worldwide! She has interned for fashion designer Sabine Braugner, experiencing London Fashion Week first hand & has prepared licensed designs in homewares for high street brands including John Lewis, Next & Debenhams.
She has even collaborated with the V&A Museum by updating archived bone china mugs! Katy is now hard at work on her own brand & currently sells through Society 6 & Spoonflower & has a gorgeous licensed collection with Keka Case.
