As we count down to the start of Summer School 2015 we bring you another showcase from our amazing students from Summer School 2014!
Today it’s the work of Karen Burton:
“I create fresh, modern designs combining big doses of color with graphic and hand-drawn, stylized motifs that pop out from the surface and catch your attention. When I’m not creating art, pattern designs or cool web sites, you can find me savoring friends and family, watching the sun set over the Blue Ridge Mountains in the distance or telling my one-eyed dog, Bailey, how adorable she is.
Taking the summer classes influenced me to take ABSPD Modules 1 and 2 last fall as well as Module 3 in the spring. I am signed up for The Ultimate Portfoilo Builder in September”.
