International surface pattern designers Beth Schneider, Emma McGowan, Jocelyn Proust, and Kevin Brackley are travelling from all four corners of the world to debut at SURTEX 2016 as Four Corners Art Collective, the international collective they launched in 2015 with three other artists.

Kevin and Jocelyn are flying in long haul from Australia, Emma is traveling from London, and Beth is making the short hop from Chicago to NYC – a total of 24,107 miles as the crow flies and a 48,214-mile roundtrip.

You can find them in BOOTH 229 where they will be exhibiting over 400 fresh, modern repeat and placement patterns including on-trend florals, geometrics, co-ordinates, character, and holiday patterns perfect for bolt fabric, apparel, home décor, gift, paper, packaging and stationery, all available to license or buy.

“We’re so thrilled to be able to meet up in New York and launch ourselves at SURTEX,” says Emma (UK). “Members of the collective have met in Paris, Glasgow, Bath and Sydney, but this is the first time we’ve exhibited together.”

“It’s been fun coordinating everything across different time zones,” adds Jocelyn (Aus). “The Australian contingent has had some very early morning phone calls! We’ve been in contact for months over the details of our booth, which we really wanted to stand out from the crowd and convey the variety of work we’re offering.”

“Each of us has our own signature style but we’re united by a love of color and a commitment to quality,” says Kevin (Aus). “We keep each other up to date with trends to make sure we’re always thinking about how our patterns will help clients sell more products.”

“This is our first meet-up on US soil,” adds Beth (US). “I’m so pleased to finally meet some of the group and to get our work out there in front of influential buyers, art directors and agents.

“We want to welcome as many people as possible to our booth. Come by and see for yourself how those early morning planning calls worked out!”

Beth, Emma, Jocelyn and Kevin will be available everyday of the show at BOOTH 229. Swing by to meet them, see their work, have a chat or just put your feet up and have a pit stop. You’ll receive a warm welcome.
