Lucky No 8 Winners

We recently informed you that the Rachael Taylor Studio is celebrating 8 successful and happy years! Read Rachael’s amazing journey and message of thanks here.

Inspired by this celebration, we devised a fun competition for all to play along with and we were overwhelmed with all of the amazon entries we received. As we are celebrating 8 AMAZING years we have selected 8 LUCKY WINNERS who each win a FREE place on any track at this year’s Summer School.

THE DESIGN CHALLENGE:

  • Make a list of ALL the things you love or are grateful for in your life right now.
  • Select 8 of those things at random and use them to design a gorgeous unique pattern! (e.g. the Make it in Design team chose: sunshine, coffee, friends, travel, music, flowers, dogs and pencils – see the pattern we each created above!)

THE WINNERS:

3. Twin sister, she’s my best friend
4. All desserts!
5. My 12 year old bulldog, Cookie Blanca.
6. Coffee, duh
7. Music, my dad plays the guitar beautifully

These are the things that make me grateful at this very moment: be free in a blue sky (or water sometimes) on my bike, at my skates, or in my flip flops, enjoying a cocktail surrounded by singing birds and fish (with a little imagination), enjoying the cherry’s (for the moment they are so tasteful), and of course with my beloved ones or just enjoying life by myself… don’t forget to take some pictures now and then!  :-)
