“The most powerful part of ABSPD Module 3 was realizing that if you are willing to put in the work, there are many different ways we can make a living as a surface pattern designer. It helped me to develop as a designer by reminding me that our best work comes when we are true to our instincts and ourselves. I learned to relax and allow myself to create! Thank you for an amazing course and community. I am truly grateful for MIID”.

“I’ve been working digitally for over a decade and I also have been creating repeat patterns so my main objective for taking Module 3 was to gain more knowledge about how to go about selling my designs and I was not disappointed! This course has been full to the brim of great information, much more than I was expecting! Although there seems a plethora of courses online on the technical side of surface design, this was the most comprehensive course I was able to find on the business side”.

“Before I took Module 3 I felt a bit lost and uninspired, but the wealth of information within it has given me a much needed boost of confidence and has given me a clear idea of the path I want to take”.

“The most powerful element of the course for me has been getting a clearer view at the surface pattern design world as a whole. It has helped clarify the different directions and opportunities that are available which is huge in helping me choose and focus on the areas that feel right for me”.
