We love hearing what are talented alumni are up to and hearing how their design careers are progressing since taking our ‘The Art and Business of Surface Pattern Design’ course. Former student Sarah Louise Claire has launched a blog hop today and we’d love to share it with you. We hope you’ll take the time to check out each of their blogs and take a look at some of their amazing work. A great way to soak up some pattern design inspiration, find some new people to follow, and some early festive joy!
We are a group of 13 graduates of The Art and Business of Surface Pattern design. We all come from different backgrounds and are at different stages in our career paths but one thing we hold in common is our love for surface pattern design.
After graduating from Module 4 of Rachel Taylors fabulous course (The Art and Business of Surface Pattern Design) I knew I had to do something with my fellow classmates. I eventually decided to branch out and host my first Bloghop having taken part in others before, my classmates agreed to take part, leading to a very talented group getting involved.
The task is set to create a Festive themed body of work of no less than 3 and no more than 10 pieces of work for the blog hop.
The hop will run from 1st Nov-8th Nov 8am-8pm 2014. Hosting a range of festive and winter themed patterns.
