Today we’re super thrilled to announce the winners Blue Print have chosen for their bee awareness design competition. Without further ado the winners are:

Thank you to everyone who took part! We just wanted to say how grateful we are to have such a talented community as this was a very tough decision for Blue Print due to the amount of talent shown. You should all be very proud of yourselves!

 

GENERAL FEEDBACK

 

As we mentioned the amount of talent shown in this competition was astounding but we do have some general feedback to provide you, so that it may help you with future competitions or work submissions.

Always check the brief requirements – For example the brief asked for submissions to be submitted A4 landscape and some entries were submitted square or portrait.

Always read everything thoroughly – The requirements also asked you to ‘include your logo / name and a © copyright in the bottom left hand corner, and the colour chips used in the bottom right corner’.

Think thoroughly about what the brief is asking for – This brief required a design that ‘reflects bees in their ideal habitat’. Many designs were stunning but didn’t fit this theme. The bee is also the star of the show for this brief but some submissions hid the poor bee away!
