Collaboration with sketchbook giants The Pink Pig!

We are delighted to be teaming up with The Pink Pig to offer FREE gorgeous sketchbooks on a first come, first served basis to those who join us at our next Sketch Doodle Draw event in Helsinki, Finland on Friday September 30, 2016!

Rachael Taylor and many of Make it in Design’s team members have been using sketchpads from The Pink Pig since high school! They are certainly no stranger to us and we are all super-excited to be collaborating with them!

Based in Yorkshire, UK, The Pink Pig has been supplying quality handmade sketchpads to artists and art students for over 24 years and boast the largest range of sketchbooks as a company globally with over 9,000 iterations of products varying in colour and size – AWESOME!

SKETCH DOODLE DRAW – HELSINKI

1pm – 4pm

Join Rachael Taylor, Beth Kempton and the Make it in Design team in the gorgeous Esplanadi Park right in Helsinki’s city centre this September and sketch, doodle and draw with us!

Where: The Esplanadi Park (by the statue of Johan Ludvig Runeberg) , Pohjoisesplanadi, Helsinki, Finland
When: Friday September 30, 2016
Time: 1pm – 4pm (3 hours)

The Make it in Design team will be there from 1pm in the central area of this park next to the 8m high statue of the Finnish national poet, Johan Ludvig Runeberg – wearing large name badges so you can easily spot us!

Whether you’re a professional artist or a complete novice, we’d love you to join us. Rachael, Beth and the Make it in Design team will be there for three hours in the afternoon (from 1pm – 4pm) and during this time you can pop along for 20 minutes, an hour or for the full three hours – it’s a free for all, anything goes, no pressure, fun drawing activity for designers, friends and the local community!
