We want to share your work with the world and are putting together a UPB graduate showcase on our blogs and social platforms. Please follow ALL the entry guidelines below. We do apologise for the strict rules but this helps us to manage the high volumes of images we receive into our galleries. It is also good practice to be professional and follow instructions!
Submission Guidelines:
*Please name your files with your FULL NAME FIRST and the DESIGN NAME SECOND e.g ‘Rachael_Taylor _Sunburst’
*Please title your email ‘UPB Graduate showcase’ and send it to [email protected]
*Please submit FOUR images, three from a mini collection and one of mocked up products or a room set (from the same collection or other is fine)
*Images are to be provided in SQUARE FORMAT in two different version: One high res at 300 dpi, and one lo res cropped to 12000px wide & ‘save for web’ jpg FOR EACH IMAGE. You should be sending in a total of eight images, two each (high/low res) of four different designs.
*Please provide your full name and one web link (your blog/website etc) plus your country
- Please upload via the gallery link below. Successful uploads will appear in the gallery area shortly after uploading.
- Please do not attempt to upload multiple times if your design does not immediately appear. It may take a few minutes and we recommend you refresh your browser once your design is accepted.
Please note that student showcases are usually shared on our blog and across our social channels. By uploading you consent to your designs being used for in promotional purposes throughout the year.

Please use the following naming convention for your work: FIRST NAME_LAST NAME _IMAGE NAME_NUMBER.jpg
e.g. RACHAEL_TAYLOR_BIRTHDAY_1.jpg
And note that the Tags option can be disregarded in the upload screen.
*On uploading your entries should appear in the gallery below. However please note you will need to clear your browser history and reload the link before they appear!
