Allison Cole is an artist, teacher and full-time illustrator working out of a small bungalow in Providence, Rhode Island, USA. She graduated with a B.F.A. from the Rhode Island School of Design and since then has worked with clients such as Target, Papyrus, Hasbro, The Land of Nod, and Camelot Fabrics, to name a few. Her work spans many different illustration markets, including editorial, publishing, and licensing.

Susan Melrath
Dutch Dog Design’s Nature collection consists of eco-friendly dog leashes and collars. The Nature collection is designed by Susan Melrath. Flowers, gems and celestial bodies, inspire the initial three designs, Aqua Flora, Ruby Harvest and Over the Moon, respectively. The price for a medium sized collar in the Ruby Harvest pattern is $12.95 and can be found at Etsy.
As a freelance illustrator, Susan enjoyed a successful career with large national clients such as IBM, JC Penney and Miami Herald. Since expanding to fine art her work can now be found in galleries, private and corporate collections including Swedish Medical Center, Group Health and the Heathman Hotels. Susan took modules 1 and 2 this year.

My new pattern design label is ‘Jeshika’, a bold, vibrant style reflecting my background in graphic design. I’m inspired from working in Japan in 2006/7 and painting live art at UPFest, Bristol since 2008. I’ve now returned to my roots in Plymouth, UK with my husband and two fabulous children. Jess is taking module 2 currently.
