A personal approach is key so here are 5 ways to help you reach your audience:
- Write a biography to feature on your website and/or socials (think about refreshing it if you already have one) and think about key words and adjectives that help describe your personal style and brand voice
- Take a photo of you in your workplace/studio set up. You could set up a timer shot or ask a family member or friend to help. If you are uncomfortable on camera take action shots of your hands and creative process
- Make a video about your work and pop it on Instagram and Tik Tok (see here for our tips)
- Create a linktree listing to capture all the places people can find out about you and your work
- Using your new or refreshed bio and photo – reintroduce yourself to your social media following (and tag @makeitindesign as we’d love to see these)
