DESIGN COMPETITION! Win over £500 in prizes

BLUE PRINT ONLINE brings together a fantastic showcase of artists and designers. The boutique type feel of the show has created a fun community spirit, and the friendly atmosphere has been maintained even through the growing number of Exhibitors each year. By keeping the prices to exhibit at Blue Print low and affordable, and by involving more of the exhibitors in the operation and the marketing of the show, everyone has a shared interest in making Blue Print a success.

Together, we are bringing you an exciting competition, giving you the chance to win some fantastic prizes!

 

THE BRIEF:

 

To design an exciting thumbnail image that to promote your work and would link to your exhibitor’s page at the next live Blueprint event! Your image should be visually inspiring and designed to impress an Art Director enough to click on your page and explore your artwork.

 

THE PRIZES:

Tuesday 15th March 2022, 12am (UK time)

 

HOW TO ENTER + TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

 

  1. All entries must be original and solely created by the entrant.
  2. All designs submitted should be RGB, saved for web and designed to the following spec: resolution 216dpi, 525px height, 700px width
  3. Include your logo in the top left hand corner and a © Copyright as in the examples show.
  4. Entries should be sent via email to [email protected] as a flattened PDF, including your name and contact details. Please also explain how your journey brought you into surface print design, where you are currently living, your age, where you graduated from and why you want to win this competition.
  5. Only one entry per entrant.
  6. There are no fees to enter this competition.
  7. The deadline for all entries is 12am midnight (UK time) on Tuesday 15th March 2022.
  8. The winners will be announced on Friday 18th March 2022.
  9. The competition is only open to individual artists, not studios or collectives.
  10. Feel free to post your entry in Instagram, tagging @blueprintshows and @makeitindesign
  11. The judges decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into to. Judges are unable to comment on individual entries.
  12. Submission of entry means you agree to adhere to all of the rules as detailed. Failure to comply with the rules may result in disqualification.
  13. If the winner had already taken Module 3 from Make it in Design, they may choose to either pass or retake the course. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  14. By submitting your work you agree to be featured online or in print by Blueprint and Make it in Design, or any third party chosen by Blueprint and/or Make it in Design in relation to this opportunity, at any time now or in the future. In such an intense feels will be payable for the inclusion of your work in any promotional materials.
  15. You will retain all rights relating to your images.
