Vanessa Nordberg from Sweden took Module 1 in September of this year.
Where are you now and what successes have you enjoyed along the way?
I’ve just finished the first module of the course. The course has been fantastic and extremely valuable! I have learnt a lot from the course and it’s really pushed me as a designer. I’ve also met a bunch of fabulous people. Currently I am refining my personal style and building up a portfolio whilst I continue to sell my designs on Society6, Redbubble and Zazzle.
Three interesting facts about me:
1. I love eating avocados. I’ve started to upcycle the avocados pits and am growing 7 avocado trees.
2. I have an obsession with puffins. I travelled to Skomer Island in Wales just to see them.
3. I spent a night in the Sahara Desert under the starry night and saw two shooting stars.
