Created by a Nottingham-based web, design and brand agency ‘Fifteen Design‘, they’ve created this super powerful and really useful infographic to help guide recent design students and graduates to secure their first job in the digital sector.
They created this after they were looking to recruit new staff in their design team and found that many of the graduates who applied, although hugely talented, tended to struggle with selling themselves through their portfolios, CVs and at interview.
Based on this experience, the agency has started to work with their local University to try to support current design students and recent graduates to secure their first post. They put together this infographic as a result and are offering free CV advice to students from an employer’s perspective.
